As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach I am a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle to improve my clients health and overall well-being. Working as a guide I will look at your nutritional patterns, mental fitness, physical fitness, relationships, and spirituality. So you can create a life with a sense of meaning or purpose on top of good mental, physical, and spiritual health. These are the foundational principles of relearning how to Think, Breathe, Eat, Drink, Move, and Sleep. Creating the high life satisfaction that we all so desperately crave.

Humans are physical beings, we live in a physical world, constrained by physical things.
Most of how we interact, what we perceive, and how we choose resides in that physical world. But all of that exists first in the mind. The mental constructs of our mind dictate our thoughts, feelings and the actions we take. These constructs determine the results we experience in life, so our suffering is essentially just a byproduct of these constraints we place upon ourselves. So, for us to realize and ultimately reach our full potential, we must first step out of the physical world and begin in the constructs our mind has created.
This work is not easy, we look at the wounds you have either created, collected or inherited in which you use to define yourself. Then we can begin to redesign or let go of these limiting beliefs and subconscious narratives to inspire natural feelings of possibility, joy and freedom.
I will help you identify what mental constructs and constraints have been holding you back, so you can move forward to the life you not only desire but a life you truly deserve. My work and passion is to help people find acceptance, balance, strength and harmony within themselves and reality. I'm here to help you reach your greatest potential. I specialize in uncovering the mental limiting beliefs and the subconscious narratives that dictate and shape behavior, health, relationships, performance and choice.

For years I have struggled with finding a healthy lifestyle that works for me. With Spencers wisdom and guidance I was able to create healthy, lasting habits in my everyday life. I wanted to work with Spencer to try yoga to help me feel better mentally. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it because I didn't think I was flexible.
